Q: Site Tracker, anonimous users in the flow and exporting
Hey, David
I am dubling my questions from the comments (you may have missed them)
1) What are the use cases of adding anonimous users to a flow? Is it possible to trigger some specific action when the anonimous user in the flow visits the website? Say, show him special offer popup.
2) Can site tracker track specific clicks or other events?
3) What information do you store in the cookie? Is there anything beyond ID (and accessable by my website for some personalization)?
4) If one of my subaccounts (or clients) grows so much that will not fit into my plan limit (or decide to go), will it be possible to export its list or/and smoothly move it to a separate account within available at that moment plans?
5) Are there tools for bulk list cleanup (say. users who didn't open emails for 3 months are deleted)? Or manual bult deletion?

Jun 2, 2025A: Hey again! Just a heads-up that we replied to your earlier comment too — but reposting everything here to keep it easy to follow 🙌
Let’s take it point by point:
1️⃣ Use cases for anonymous users in Flows
Anonymous tracking helps you see what visitors do before they become leads (like visiting your pricing page). That data becomes visible once they’re identified.
But to be totally transparent: there’s no way to trigger actions (like showing popups) for anonymous users inside Encharge alone. No popups, no outbound actions — just tracking.
Some teams connect this to other tools via custom setups (API or other platforms), but that's outside the core of what Encharge does.
2️⃣ Does Site Tracker track clicks or other events?
No — Site Tracking is for page views only.
Clicks or button-level tracking would require sending events via our Ingest API (which is only available on Premium plans, not LTD). But for most marketing automations, page visit tracking plus form submissions covers a lot!
3️⃣ What does the Encharge cookie store?
Just a first-party unique ID to associate web visits with a person when they become identified. It doesn’t store personal data or pass anything back to your site for customization.
If you're doing GDPR compliance, it should go under “Marketing” cookies. You can find more technical detail and cookie consent tips in our help doc here:

4️⃣ What if a subaccount outgrows the LTD plan?
Great thinking ahead! You’ll be able to:
• Export the list any time
• Or upgrade the subaccount to a paid plan at that point — with a 50% LTD discount for Growth or Premium
5️⃣ Bulk list cleanup tools?
Not at the moment — there's no built-in bulk delete or auto-cleanup feature in Encharge. You can create a segment like “Didn’t open any emails in the last 90 days” to identify cold users, but deleting would need to be done manually per contact.
We know that’s not ideal for large lists, and better cleanup tools are something we’ve discussed internally. Appreciate you raising it — feel free to upvote it here if it's important to your workflow:
