Q: Sub accounts vs subscribers?

How do sub accounts work with regards to subscribers? Do the main account and all sub accounts share the subscriber limit, or does each account have the same limit eg: each sub account gets 15000 subscribers on Tier 3?

A: Hey Gareth! Great question — and an important one to clarify 🙌

Here’s how it works with Encharge on the 2025 AppSumo LTD:

Each license tier comes with:

• A subscriber limit (e.g. Tier 3 = 15,000 subscribers)
• A set number of sub-accounts (e.g. Tier 3 = 6 sub-accounts)

👉 The subscriber limit is shared across all sub-accounts in that license. So on Tier 3, your 6 sub-accounts will collectively be able to manage up to 15,000 subscribers.

It’s not 15k per sub-account — it’s a pooled total across your sub-accounts under that license.

This setup works well for agencies, freelancers, and folks managing multiple brands — because each sub-account is fully isolated (separate contacts, flows, team members, etc.), but all draw from your total contact pool.

Let me know if you'd like help mapping your use case to the right tier — or curious what happens if you need more than your contact cap later on! Happy to break that down too 🙌
