Q: sub-accts/Thrivecart workarounds/Upgrade option later?

3 questions as I consider purchase:
1) Can you explain sub-accounts? Do you mean users or is it more than one business and want to send from different emails (like from @domain1.com and @domain2.com)?
2) Are there workarounds to the Thrivecart integrations if I don't get Tier 6?
3) If I don't (can't) get Tier 6 now, will it be possible to upgrade to it at a later time?

1) Sub-accounts
These are full, separate workspaces — ideal if you’re managing more than one business, brand, or client. Each sub-account can have its own:

• Domain (e.g., @domain1.com, @domain2.com)
• Email templates, Flows, segments, contacts
• Team members (unlimited on all tiers)

Think of them like mini-Encharge accounts under one login — not just user roles or permissions.

2) ThriveCart workarounds (if not on Tier 6)
Yes — even if you’re not on Tier 6, you can still connect ThriveCart to Encharge using:

• Pabbly Connect
• Zapier
• Or webhooks if you’re comfortable setting those up

It won’t be as seamless as the native integration, but it works well for tagging contacts and triggering Flows.

3) Upgrading to Tier 6 later
Once the campaign ends, upgrades through AppSumo won’t be possible — Tier 6 is only available during the live deal. So if you’re considering it, now’s the time 🙏
