Yes, you can absolutely add and delete subscribers in Encharge as you see fit.

You can add subscribers manually, import them via CSV, or use automation to bring them in from other tools. Deleting subscribers is just as easy — you can delete them individually or in bulk.

The white labeling feature you hinted is very interesting, even if you didn’t commit to it, I would suggest to implement it to tier 6 when you’re still on appsumo , this feature is very important for many of us, and definitely will make people to upgrade including me. I would also suggest to at least make an add on or an option for transactional emails.

Hi there, I just bought Tier 5 a few days ago and am already wondering if I should move to Tier 6. If I choose to do that, how do I go about it? I've never upgraded after a purchase before. And... if/when white labeling comes around, will it be offered to all tiers? If I stay tier 5, will I be offered it? Will it only be on tier 6? Or will it be a separate purchase altogether? Thanks!
