Q: Thanks for such a wonderful & detailed response, Encharge Team! Just a few more questions!

Thanks for such a wonderful & detailed response. Just a few more questions:
1. I have been using Convert Kit & have some subscribers and tags over there. Do I have to transfer them to Encharge manually or is there some automatic process (around 1000 subscribers).
2. What is the difference between Encharge & Convert Kit, I mean, I hope all features and automation are present in Encharge too.
3. In Convert Kit, I use Tags, Segments, Email Broad Casts, Email Sequence, Automation etc., I hope all of this is in Encharge.
4. As you confirmed, Encharge has unlimited emailing, does that mean that I can send even 3 Lakh emails to 10k subscribers every month, means 1 email to each subscriber everyday?
5. Do I have to use any separate service like Amazon SES to send mails through Encharge or it is simple to send emails like Convert Kit in this?

A: Hey hey!! So glad the last reply helped — and love these follow-up questions 🙌 You're clearly thinking through this carefully, and I respect that. Let’s go through each one:

1. Importing from ConvertKit (tags and subscribers)?
Great news: you don’t have to do this manually. You’ve got two solid options:

• Option 1: CSV Export + Import
Export your subscribers from ConvertKit (tags included), then upload the CSV to Encharge. During import, you can map tags and fields automatically. Super fast for ~1,000 subs.

• Option 2: Zapier / Integrately / Pabbly
If you want to keep ConvertKit and Encharge synced for a bit (say, during a transition), use Zapier to send new subscribers or tagged users over automatically.

Either way, you’re covered!

2. Encharge vs. ConvertKit – how do they compare?
ConvertKit is clean and creator-focused. Encharge is a bit more automation-first and geared toward folks who want more advanced flows and deeper integration with tools (CRMs, payment processors, Facebook Ads, etc).

Where Encharge shines:

• Visual Flow Builder – drag-and-drop automations with more logic and flexibility
• Better Integrations – Stripe, Calendly, Intercom, HubSpot (for 2021 LTD or Premium), etc.
• Unlimited team members
• Tag + segment logic at a deeper level
• Built-in email verification (free!)
• Custom fields, advanced filters, native forms, and more

So yes — we do the Broadcasts, Sequences, Tags, Segments like ConvertKit... and then we go a bit deeper into true marketing automation territory.

3. Do we support: Tags, Segments, Broadcasts, Sequences, Automations?
100% YES ✅

Here’s how they map:

• Tags – fully supported
• Segments – powerful filtering + conditions
• Broadcasts – one-off email campaigns
• Email Sequences – use our Flow Builder to schedule, delay, and conditionally send sequences
• Automations – this is Encharge’s heart and soul 💥 The Flows tab is where the magic happens

4. “Unlimited emails” — does that really mean 3 lakh emails/month to 10k subs (1 per day)?
YES! Unlimited emails means exactly that. You can send 1 email per day to 10,000 subscribers... or 3 per day if you want 😅

There’s no hard monthly send cap.

That said, our system still monitors for abusive behavior (spam, deliverability issues, etc). So just send in good faith and you’ll be golden!

5. Do I need Amazon SES or any other service to send emails?
Nope — everything is built in. You don’t need SES, SMTP, or any external tool.

Just connect your domain (SPF/DKIM instructions are included), and you’re ready to send, just like in ConvertKit.

Bonus Tip:
Because you’re coming from ConvertKit, I’d say give Encharge’s Flow Builder 30 mins of your time. It’s where the real upgrade happens. It’s like ConvertKit’s automation builder but more powerful, with better logic and branching.

Let me know if you'd like a quick guide to replicating your ConvertKit setup inside Encharge—I can whip that up for you. Ready to move those subs over yet? 😄
