Even though Tier 6 does include WooCommerce integration, transactional emails (like order confirmations) are not part of the 2025 AppSumo lifetime deal — across any tier, including Tier 6.

That’s because transactional emails rely on a different part of our infrastructure (and require our Transactional API + delivery logic), which are reserved for the Premium plan only. The AppSumo deal is mapped to the Growth plan.

So in short:
• Tier 6 gives you WooCommerce integration ✔️
• But sending order confirmations from Encharge is not included ❌

You’ll still be able to use WooCommerce to trigger marketing automations, abandoned cart flows, and other non-transactional emails — but true transactional delivery is excluded.

🔹 Segmentation
You’re totally right to ask for clarification here — it can get a bit nuanced 😅

✅ Segmentation is 100% included in the AppSumo LTD. You can build segments based on:
• Custom fields
• Tags
• Email activity (opens, clicks, etc.)
• Forms
• List membership
• And much more

🚫 What’s not included is event-based segmentation (i.e. segmenting people based on custom events/actions from your app or site via API). That feature is part of the Premium plan — not included in this LTD.

So rest assured — you can still create rich, targeted segments and automation flows using all the core behavioral and profile data inside Encharge 🙌
