Q: Transactional emails in tier 6

I read that transactional emails are not included, but if I purchase tier 6, it should be, right?
What kind of datapoints to I get with Woocommerce integration?

Secondly, are there restrictions on important existing campaigns from Apollo.IO?
We have a fairly long dataset attached to records, and would need to import along with tags (opened, clicked etc.) Is that possible?

A: Hey Roswitha 👋

Thanks for these thoughtful questions — love seeing people dig into the details!

Let’s walk through each one:

➡️ Transactional emails on Tier 6?

You’re correct — transactional emails (via API) are part of the Premium plan only, and not included in Tier 6 or any 2025 AppSumo tier.

Tier 6 gets you a ton of power — 50k subscribers, WooCommerce/Shopify, unlimited emails, flows, segmentation, broadcasts, team members, and more — but transactional email delivery (like order confirmations or password resets triggered by your app) lives in the Premium tier.

We know that’s important for some use cases, but offering that for a one-time LTD just wouldn’t be sustainable. If you ever do need it later on, you can upgrade to Premium at any time — or get a 50% lifetime discount on a Growth subscription to cover anything beyond your LTD.

➡️ What data does WooCommerce bring in?

With WooCommerce (available on Tier 6), you’ll get:

• Contact sync
• Trigger: New customer
• Trigger: New order

So for now, the integration is focused on syncing new users and orders into Encharge — allowing you to kick off automations when someone purchases or signs up. It doesn’t yet go deeper into order details or product-level segmentation. But this is the first step in what we’re calling the beginning of the eCommerce arm of Encharge 🛒💥

➡️ Importing campaigns and data from Apollo.io

Great question — while we don’t have a native Apollo integration, you can import contacts via CSV and include custom fields (like tags for “opened,” “clicked,” etc.).

Here’s what’s possible:

• Upload your contacts with all custom tags and fields mapped (e.g. "Opened Email A", "Clicked Link B")
• These get added as custom fields or tags in Encharge, which you can use for segmentation and flows
• What can’t be migrated: actual email history, activity timelines, or campaign analytics — that data stays in Apollo

But if you prep your CSV carefully, you can absolutely carry over rich segmentation context and start automating from there!

Let me know if you want help mapping your Apollo data or testing the Woo triggers. And thanks again for giving Encharge a serious look — especially at Tier 6, which really is an enterprise-grade automation suite for a one-time price 💪

Thank you for the lightning fast response! I am going through this with our marketing automation lead right now. He asks if it would be possible to get access to the encharge API documentation, to gauge how complicated it will be to connect the different data sets with Make.com (where we have a nonprofit license, these folks are really generous). Is a Make.com integration in the near future?

Amazing to hear, Roswitha — love that you’re digging into this with your team already!

✅ Yes, the REST API is accessible to 2025 LTD users (including Tier 6). You can check it out here: https://docs.encharge.io

While we don’t have a native Make.com integration yet, lots of folks are using it already via HTTP modules + our API. Definitely doable if your lead is comfy with custom calls!
