A: Hey Mohdumarraza! 👋 Great set of questions — let’s unpack this clearly for you:

❌ Are transactional emails included in the AppSumo deal?
Nope — transactional emails are not included in the AppSumo lifetime deal. That feature is part of our Premium plan, which is only available as a monthly subscription.

If you want transactional emails (things like password resets, order confirmations, etc.), you’d need to upgrade to Premium, and we don’t currently offer any AppSumo discounts on that plan. Full pricing is at encharge.io/pricing.

🛒 How does the WooCommerce integration work?
The WooCommerce integration is designed to connect your store with Encharge so you can:

• Automatically sync WooCommerce customers and orders into Encharge
• Trigger automations when someone makes a purchase
• Segment customers based on products bought, order value, etc.
• Send follow-up campaigns, upsells, review requests, etc.

This is marketing automation, not transactional infrastructure. So while you can follow up with buyers and run automations, you cannot send order confirmation emails through Encharge unless you're on Premium with the Transactional API.

🤔 Why is WooCommerce on Tier 6 only?
Good question — short version: WooCommerce requires extra dev resources and infrastructure, so we chose to only include it on Tier 6 for 2025 AppSumo buyers.

That way, smaller businesses aren’t paying for features they might not need, while stores that do need it can still get it under the LTD umbrella (and not have to jump to Premium).

🛍️ What about Shopify?
You're not wrong — Shopify is very high on our radar. We agree it would be a strong fit, and we’re actively researching how to roll it out smartly (likely under Premium or as a higher-tier feature). No ETA yet, but we’re listening loud and clear 🔊

Let me know if you want help mapping WooCommerce flows or understanding where transactional starts and stops. Happy to walk through it with you!! 🙌🙌
