Q: Various Questions

Hi

Q. Can you hard limit each sub-account to a set number of subscribers?

Q. If a subscriber unsubscribes, does the number of subs for that sub account reduce?

Q. Are there any markets/verticals you don't allow on your platform, such as affiliate marketers and gambling?

Q. Email verification: Does this allow for checking for invalid emails on form inputs? Or just list cleaning on import/bounces?

Q. If I get Tier 5, can I upgrade to Tier 6 later if the deal comes back online?

Thanks

A: Hey there! 👋 Great set of questions — love how thorough you’re being. Let’s go through each one clearly:

Q: Can you hard limit each sub-account to a set number of subscribers?
🔹 Not exactly.
Sub-accounts share the total pool of contacts from your tier. For example, on Tier 5 (25,000 subscribers total), you can't hard-cap one sub-account at 5,000 and another at 20,000 — all sub-accounts pull from the same shared limit.

You can manage it manually by monitoring usage per sub-account, but there’s no enforced cap-setting feature today.

Q: If a subscriber unsubscribes, does the number of subs for that sub-account reduce?
🔹 Yes!
When someone unsubscribes, they no longer count toward your active subscriber limit.
(We only count active, marketable contacts — not unsubscribed ones.)

Q: Are there any markets/verticals you don't allow, like affiliate marketers and gambling?
🔹 Yes — we have clear restrictions.
We do not allow:

• Gambling, casinos, betting
• Adult/explicit content
• Multi-level marketing (MLM)
• Cold lead lists or purchased email lists
• High-risk affiliate marketing (where the main business is affiliate promotion)

However:
• Content creators who happen to use affiliate links inside legitimate marketing (like newsletters) are totally fine.
• SaaS companies, agencies, course creators, ecommerce, consultants, and service businesses are absolutely welcome.

If you’re unsure, feel free to double-check with us at support@encharge.io!

Q: Email verification — how does it work?
🔹 Right now, email verification in Encharge helps with list cleaning after import or after bounce events.
It does not verify emails at the moment of form submission — yet. (That’s something we might expand into later.)

So basically:

• You import contacts → Encharge can help verify and clean bad emails.
• If you collect emails via forms → you’ll want to use a third-party form tool with real-time validation if instant checking is critical.

Q: If I get Tier 5, can I upgrade to Tier 6 later if the deal comes back online?
🔹 Maybe... but with a big asterisk.
Right now, once the AppSumo campaign ends, we don't guarantee that upgrades will still be available. It all depends if/when the deal gets re-listed or extended.

If you think you’ll need WooCommerce later (which is Tier 6-only), I’d strongly suggest grabbing Tier 6 while the deal is live — just to be safe.

We don't want anyone stuck needing features they can’t unlock later 😬

Hope that gives you a full 360° view!!
If you want, I can also help you weigh whether Tier 5 vs Tier 6 makes more sense for your specific setup — just let me know 🙌🙌
