Q: Why new stuff are only added to higher tiers?
Hi.
I am noticing that most of the useful new features [like thrivecart] are only for tier 6 and up.... I do not need tier 6.
Right now it very much feels like tier 1-2 features will just be it.. without any further perks...
So are you planning to add new stuff/features to lower tiers too or only for the pricier, higher tier ones?

We hear this concern, and it’s something we think about a lot. Here’s what’s going on:
When we add big integrations like ThriveCart (or WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.), they often require a ton of infrastructure, support, and testing — so for sustainability reasons, we sometimes need to limit those to the top tier (in this case, Tier 6).
That said, we’re absolutely still improving the core experience for all tiers, especially on the Growth plan, which all LTD tiers are mapped to. For example:
• Native forms (newly added!)
• Email verification (now included for free)
• UI/UX improvements and faster automations
• More flexible flows and tagging logic
• Better support and docs — and more on the way
So while certain advanced features may stay Tier 6-only, we’re not “abandoning” the lower tiers at all — and we really value every single user who's backed this relaunch ❤️
