Q: Woocommerce integration
Hi,
Does the WooCommerce integration support dynamic email generation using product information received directly from WooCommerce, similar to how it works with Mailchimp and Klaviyo?
I'm NOT only referring to abandoned chart recovery but "normal" campaign emails.

Awesome question—appreciate you digging into the details!!
Right now, the WooCommerce integration in Encharge supports bringing customer and order data into your account for automations like:
• Post-purchase sequences
• Segmentation based on products purchased
• Follow-up offers based on order history
However, dynamic email generation (inserting live product data like Klaviyo/Mailchimp's product blocks) is not currently supported yet in the WooCommerce integration.
Today, you'd manually pull in the order or product details into your Flows using custom fields and personalization variables (ex: Product Name, Order Value, etc.) — but you wouldn’t have a "dynamic product catalog block" that auto-updates at send time like those platforms.
That said...
We are actively expanding the eCommerce capabilities 🔥 This WooCommerce integration was the first step—the beginning of what we hope will become a much stronger eCommerce arm for Encharge.
