Really fair question—thanks for asking!!

When we planned the 2025 AppSumo relaunch, we wanted to strike a balance between making Encharge accessible to more users and making sure our more resource-heavy features (like WooCommerce) are sustainable for the long term.

WooCommerce is an integration that requires heavier syncing, deeper database storage, and a lot more ongoing load on our infrastructure compared to a simple form integration, for example. Because of that, we decided to make it available only on Tier 6—our highest LTD tier—which is aimed at more serious businesses and stores who are likely to really use and benefit from it.

This way:
• Smaller users aren’t paying (indirectly) for features they may not need.
• Power users like you can get it included without a subscription (!!).
• We can continue improving WooCommerce without putting the platform at risk.

Quick extra tip: WooCommerce is normally a Premium-only feature outside of LTD... so even getting it on Tier 6 of Growth is a pretty big bonus 🎯
