After testing it with high hopes and good feelings without event targeting, API and premium integrations, Encharge loses its original power for advanced and connected automations becoming totally basic. Especially it lacks segmentation, I repeat, without this and unfortunately I'm going to return it.
- But still, it is better than most traditional email marketing tools (like Mailchimp) for its advanced segmentation and webhooks, especially in the LTD (one-time payment) offer... but again that's not the value proposal of Encharge and is not what I was looking for.

I upgraded to Tier 5 because I was told all previous features would be restored ASAP , yet none of them have been so far. If you have something running that depends on those features, be careful upgrading, it might stop working for several days.

I love Encharge, its a 5 o more tacos tool, but the wating time is 1. The sad part is I read another review where support responded in just minutes , that clearly wasn’t my experience.

Five tacos for this product. I have been using it since I purchased the LTD. However, team needs to come to their senses on included features. For example, current LTD holders are required to purchase $300 Woocommerce feature? This should be a standard in any email marketing platform. Why? There are a million and one ways to connect woocommerce without the feature! Transactional emails? This is a given as well. To add insult to injury..... I can't stack!!!

I've been using the product since 2021, and it currently has 15,000 subscribers. Now it looks like there is no possibility to add more subscribers into it. The answer from the Encharge support team I got is this one "You can not stack;"

Great SaaS and I use it every day.

Needs some polish but generally good.

What I would like is a path for people who bought in 2021 to get transactional emails. We backed the company then, reward us for backing you AGAIN.
