A Real ActiveCampaign Alternative on LTD!
I've been a happy ActiveCampaign user since 2015. This is my goto tool for everything email (except email validation). From list segmentation, email broadcast, lead nurturing, sales campaign, subscribers re-activation, etc.
So, when I see a deal positioned as an "ActiveCampaign alternative", I am naturaly skeptical. (Really? Really? How dare you?!)
The only thing that pick my interest is their built-in email validation. So, I'm willing to give it the benefit of the doubt. (Since we are protected by 60-day money-back guarantee. What do I have to lose, right?)
After years of using ActiveCampaign, I'm used to its constraint and limitation. There's only certain types of triggers, connected apps, and actions. And I have become really creative to find workaround to achieve my needs.
But when I'm using their Flow (Automation) Builder for the first time, I suddenly realized it's potential. I can basically combine 2-3 AC Automations into 1 Flow to achieve the same thing. And make it more streamlined and efficient.
Also, I no longer need the "Engagement Tagging" Automation (if you are using ActiveCampaign, you know what I mean). Because Encharge do it for you by-default.
The way they design UX/UI really open up new way to do Marketing Automation. I barely scratch the surface.
Of course there are some rough edges. Like:
- The email builder is still clunky (you can save a block, but can't update or delete it)
- No built-in form builder (I found it really funny. How come a marketing automation doesn't even have a form builder?! LOL)
- Limited number of apps in their integration list (Yes, you can use Zapier. But really, it's not the same thing as native integration)
I am not dumping ActiveCampaign altogether (for now). Because let's be real, from a business perspective, we also need a platform to be stable and reliable (not just feature-packed). So I need to give them enough time to proof themselves.

We're definitely going to work on the built-in forms.
