Too much time to restore the previous limits.
I upgraded to Tier 5 because I was told all previous features would be restored ASAP , yet none of them have been so far. If you have something running that depends on those features, be careful upgrading, it might stop working for several days.
I love Encharge, its a 5 o more tacos tool, but the wating time is 1. The sad part is I read another review where support responded in just minutes , that clearly wasn’t my experience.

You're absolutely right to expect things to move faster. While we’re thrilled so many folks have chosen to upgrade their old LTDs, the sheer volume of requests since the 2025 campaign went live has created a bit of a backlog. We’ve been manually restoring original limits for 2021 buyers who upgraded — and while some cases are done in minutes, others (like yours) took longer than we’d like. That’s on us.
