You're right: the original lifetime deal from 2021 didn't allow for stacking contact limits into one account. That was a structural decision made way back when the deal launched — and we’ve continued honoring that rule to keep things fair and consistent across all LTD buyers.

That said, you do have options if you’ve outgrown your 15,000-subscriber limit:

• You can run a separate sub-account (license) under the same login — good if you want to segment audiences
• Or, if you’d rather go beyond your limit in one account, we offer a 50% discount on our monthly plans for the extra contacts. So for example, if you need 5k more, you'd only pay for that slice — not a whole new plan.

We know it's not ideal for everyone, but we’re working hard to make sure this deal still delivers huge long-term value — without compromising the sustainability of the platform.
