Q: No Cname? Useless.
If you don't offer cname, your app is useless.
I would never trust your domain reputation, that you might even be sharing with other customers that are using Engage forms in sketchy/scam/porn websites, so that you start being blacklisted all over and get google penalizing my website because I use a third party app under an external low reputation domain.

Oct 6, 2024A: Sorry this is an issue for you but countless other survey tools use their own domains to host forms with CNAME being an optional upgrade. Since our app is new, we haven't built out this feature yet but will consider it for the future.
Countless of other survey tools either gained a good reputation over time with heavy investment on monitoring thousands of customers along the way, or they are small with no chance of controlling it like yourself, and it's an issue. Cname solves it.
I agree, ExpertEnough. One of my SaaS products had its domain blacklisted, causing security warnings on chatbots used across ten client websites. This prevented me from collecting customer information, resulting in a setback and embarrassment. To fix it, I had to set up a CNAME for each chatbot to ensure they worked properly.
