Q: 5Mb total asset uploads in Tier1?
What is the intent of that? In another response you claimed:
"We currently only support up to 20MB per file as a best practice for branding files. We are exploring increasing the limit as an add-on to support 30-50MB for most files and 100-200MB for video files"

Hey Sebastien.R,
Ethos originally supported up to 5MB per file upload. After surveying our customers we decided to create higher tiers up to 20MB per file. It's best practice to have images and logos below 20MB when being used for branding touch points like websites and presentations. Are you trying to save large PDF and AI files? If so, you can link out to them with Ethos.
