We have a Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and a cookie manager to handle user preferences. To ensure GDPR compliance for data transfers outside the EEA, we offer Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), which provide legal safeguards for personal data shared internationally.These apply to both the Ethos Brand Management Platform and Marketing Website.
