Q: Support not responding, credits not updated for previous buyers?

Hello,

I've bought Eurekaa the last time you were here. It says in the Plan info: "Previous AppSumo customers will be grandfathered into any new features and feature limits" But when I logged in, it still was 60 credits for keywords and not 120.

Also, Eurekaa support does not respond. I've send a support ticket on november 11th and a "hello, anybody there?" on the 15th. It's the 26th now and still no answer. So when I read, email support to get your credits topped up, I'm not confident you will respond.

So, how do I get my credits increased and how will I get support for your product?

A: Support is responding to everyone and logging a ton of tickets. Are you sending to the right email? It is support@eurekaa.io so checking spelling. I do not know your email address but I looked and do not see any emails on those dates with “hello anybody there “ and there are none in our firewall filters so assume they are not getting through.
