Existing Customer's Left Hanging -- and Growing Feature Bloat **UPDATED**

I used to love this product, but it has changed significantly over time.
Unfortunately, the "cash grab" economy really is in full swing, apparently, and these tendencies seem to infiltrate this product, making it harder to access all of its value due to paywalled feature bloat. Don't get me wrong, the product has great utility and functionality, but the focus has completely changed from when I first purchased the product -- and most of those changes are locked off behind credit-based walls.
Additionally, and more importantly, initial buyers who were grandfathered into their respective tiers are getting 50% less ongoing monthly keyword planner credits than the same level/tier of purchase today, despite the binding policy, and I quote, that "Previous AppSumo customers will be grandfathered into any new features and feature limits..."
This just isn't right. I understand the vendor needs to make money, too, but not following the policies in place, that they agreed to, reflects very poorly on this vendor and their product. And it is worth including in a review because it gets to the heart of the product's sustainability if the vendor can't honor their own policies. I would be doing the Sumoling community a terrible disservice if I didn't bring this issue up here.
Buyer, please beware. How a vendor treats their past and existing customers matters, even if you are a new customer. Since you could be next in a few years.

I think I have about 300 purchases from Appsumo... Eurekaa is probably the best product.
No one really asked me for this post, but seeing Eurekaa here, I have to advise anyone who is interested in creating courses and perfect lessons that I am very happy with Eurekaa. I've been using it since they launched (2022 I think) and I can see Eurekaa growing before my eyes. I haven't noticed any hesitation with them - they go straight up all the time. I highly appreciate the founder Larry (we don't know each other) - I get news about the introduction of new exceptional features several times a month.
