Hello, \u000a\u000aThank you for asking this question.\u000a\u000aCustom webhooks are enabled for all tiers. \u000a\u000aHowever, there might be a few users who do not wish to use webhooks. Instead they prefer the likes of Zapier. For such people \u002D they can use our Zapier integration in Tier 2 / Tier 3.\u000a\u000aHope this helps!
