I wanted to really love this product and keep going back and forth with customer service for over a month on how to set up FacePop in the backend for my WordPress website. There are no videos on their site on how to achieve setting up Integration, how to use webhooks, does not offer Email CTA for a redirect, or in-app tutorials or tooltips to help in the backend ... which I brought to customer service's attention. It's critical to show your customers how to work your product in the backend.

Although customer service is nice, I was not getting anywhere after a month of going back and forth for support and purchasing this product to set up on my website! After "they" installed code on my website, it still was NOT working, and I was told to clear the cache many times, which I had already done from the website, not the browser.

Unfortunately, I will have to return this product after much time, energy, and frustration. I gave customer service many chances to intercede and help me maneuver FacePop, but it still is NOT working correctly!
