Q: Privacy & model training
Hi,
I have read your privacy policy, but I still have some questions that are not entirely clear to me:
- Is data from the EU region regulated by the GDPR?
- inside the emails there may be some sensitive data. Do you store or threat this data on your servers or on OpenAI servers?
- Is the interaction with AI models, used to provide answers to our questions, used for model training (for example to train the ChatGPT model)?
Could you please provide answers to each of these questions?

Thank you for your question.
Regarding security and privacy, we want to assure you that we do not store any user-accessed data. All transactions are encrypted using AES-256, and any data processed is passed directly to LLM models without being stored. Additionally, none of the API data is used to train external models. We are already CASA II certified and Google verified along with that we're in process of getting SOC-II certification.
For GDPR compliance question, our data is stored on servers located in various regions and we're not doing location specific data storage. If you would like to delete your data, simply email us at support@fasttrackr.ai, and we will promptly remove all transactional data associated with your usage of FastTrackr AI.
