This is an interesting concept that can enhance productivity, particularly for users who are frequently on the move. The learning curve is short, but you can optimise the workflow reasonably quickly. The most helpful feature is drafting emails with AI-powered suggestions on your smartphone. The integration with WhatsApp is finely tuned. There is also a capability to schedule meetings directly through WhatsApp. There are areas for improvement. The prompt response time could be improved, but that could be an issue with WhatsApp. Overall, it's a very promising app with lots of potential.

I was shocked when I was exposed to AI and have used a variety of services.
I thought most services worked as outlined and that unintended answers or behavior was acceptable.
However, this one was different.

The good news is that in addition to managing appointments and tasks, it works as an AI chatbot.
The fact that it supports Internet access and can answer up-to-date information is very good.
However, it is unfortunate that questions are sometimes incorrectly registered as appointments or tasks.

Here are the problems
It is often assumed that AI will do whatever you tell it your requirements, but FastTrackr will register your schedule or task if you tell it, but you cannot cancel it.
When I contacted support, I was told that this is not possible to prevent accidental cancellations by the AI.
I asked support, “When I asked to ‘cancel the appointment,’ FastTrackr responded, ‘The appointment has been canceled,’ but it was not actually canceled. Can't you cancel the appointment?" I told them.
The answer was as above, but don't you think it is a problem in providing the service to ignore the fact that FastTrackr responded that the appointment was cancelled, when in fact it was not?
We would feel comfortable working on something else if they responded that we had “gone” on what we asked for.
But this is a naturally false answer.
How can we trust such a thing?

Also, when we ask for a reminder, we are notified 5 to 10 minutes after the time.
I thought that once I was notified of a reminder, that reminder was considered complete, but when I asked for tomorrow's schedule, the reminder that I had already been notified of was presented as tomorrow's schedule.
When I mentioned this to support, they said that it was presented as an uncompleted task on tomorrow's schedule, but I have yet to receive an answer as to how the task was completed.

I cannot find any FastTrackr documentation, and both FastTrackr and support are very vague and unresponsive to my questions.

Do not trust your important appointments to such a service.

I wrote that the notification comes 5-10 minutes 'after' the reminder time.
In other words, even if I ask for a reminder at 15:00, the notification comes at 15:05 or 15:10, so I have to set the reminder with the delay in mind.
Why do I have to consider the behavior of the reminder when setting it?
In response, the message says that "the reminder notifies 5-10 minutes 'before'," so it implies that if I ask for a reminder at 15:00, it will notify at 14:50 or 14:55.
In reality, the notification is delayed, so this is completely false and shows that my review has not been read.

Also, since the topic of "Japanese" came up, I think I have been identified, but despite communicating the language difficulty for phone conversations and opting for WhatsApp communication, the reply states that they will provide phone support.
Furthermore, they said they would check the remaining issues, but I haven't received a response for more than a week since I last sent a message on WhatsApp.

FastTrackr is, without a doubt, the first AI tool in a long time that has genuinely excited me. While many other tools tend to copy each other and are often released as rough, unfinished versions, this tool feels like a breath of fresh air. It’s stable, reliable, and delivers exactly what it promises (and luckily not much more)

What stands out to me is how well-thought-out and polished this tool is. While other products still struggle with basic functions like account management or something as simple as deleting data, FastTrackr excels in simplicity and functionality. I hope the developer doesn’t overwhelm this product with unnecessary features or new interfaces too quickly but instead stays focused on what it already does very well.

While AI will not soon be 100% perfect, FastTrackr continues to surprise me with how effectively it supports my work. For instance, I had a new dentist appointment this week, and with just one simple step via WhatsApp, I added it to my calendar while still standing at the reception desk. And could even set additional reminders. This saved me a few steps and is so intuitive that I can’t imagine how I managed without it before (mm okay I can, but this definitely makes things much easier)

Another example: I had to send an email in Spanish to my accountant. My Spanish is, at best, rudimentary, but thanks to this, I sent a flawless and professional email while still having breakfast. Otherwise, I would have had to sit at my computer for a while to craft that email. It’s these kinds of functions that make this tool a true productivity booster for me.

If you use your email and calendar functions every day and are looking for an AI tool that genuinely makes a difference in your daily workflow, I wholeheartedly recommend FastTrackr!

Overall, FastTrackr AI is a decent tool – especially considering the price. After a few days of playing around with it, there are already quite a few things I like about it.

• It actually remembers most of the stuff that I tell it to remember. This means that it's easy to reference information that I've given it in the past.

• I can voice-command it to schedule a Google Meet call, for example, and it does it + adds it to my calendar + sends the invites to the people I tell it to send it to.

• I enjoy not having to manually search my email inbox for a piece of information – I just have to ask FastTrackr a question, and it will find the right information in my emails.

Still, there are quite a few shortcomings that make FastTrackr a bit of a hassle to use:

• It seems like it can't search the web. While this might not be a huge thing, it does mean that you can't ask questions about recent, real-time, or upcoming events, happenings, news, etc.

• The frustrating part is that it won't admit that it can't search the web or it won't admit that it doesn't know something or can't answer your question. It will still answer your question with information that seems real – except it's not. This means that if the accuracy of the information you receive is important to you, it might be worth it to double-check it just in case.

• And even when it does give you a valid response, it's usually not on the same level as some other AI tools (like ChatGPT or Voila AI). I guess it's fine if you already have WhatsApp open; but I'd probably choose a different app for purely AI conversations, content generation, or to obtain general information.

• If you don't add your contacts (by telling the AI each of your contacts' name + email), it won't be able to identify your contacts. This means that you can't send meeting invites without first adding all your contacts.

• BUT 7/10 times when I tried adding a contact, I got the following message: "Tap this link to add a new email! 🎉 The new one will be your primary by default, but no worries—you can always ask the AI to switch it up anytime! 😉" – now, this means that I actually had to "trick" the AI into adding a contact, and tweak my prompt until it worked (and the prompt that worked one time may not have worked the next time around).

• The response time is... slow. It's nowhere near instant; in fact, it's more similar to chatting with a friend who is also engaged in 2-3 parallel conversations on WhatsApp. You'll get your answer – but you might have to wait 1-3 minutes for it.

• I've also encountered a few cases when the AI "forgot" to respond to me at all. I told me to hold on for a minute, and then never got back to me. I might be doing something wrong, but this is pretty frustrating.

• And finally, it's WhatsApp-based, but this is 100% clear from the product page. While this is not a clear disadvantage, it does mean that every time you want to ask the AI to do something, you have to 1) open WhatsApp; 2) find your chat with FastTrackr; 3) open the chat with FastTrackr; 4) either type something, or hold the microphone button to speak. This is significantly more steps than other AIs (like ChatGPT or Voila for text-based, or Hedy AI or VoiceNotes for voice-based). Again, you make your purchase fully aware of this. But to me, not having a standalone app is a disadvantage nonetheless (and it probably would be to you too if WhatsApp isn't your primary messaging app). This makes the user experience a bit slow (for me) – and along with the wait time for the response, it's not much faster than manually scheduling a meeting on Google Meet.

Don't get me wrong, it's a decent app with honest marketing behind it, and the price makes this deal a no-brainer! But it still has a long way to go before I'd be comfortable with giving it 4, or even 5 tacos.
