Feedback Link Reviews

For this price?!?!? What a deal! - Birdeye costs 4,000% more... every year! And feedback link is easier to use. If you need to generate new positive reviews and feedback for your business, you'll regret not purchasing this one.

Note: I do NOT use the app for review hosting on our website. We use it to generate reviews and feedback via text and email. For this purpose, it works like a dream!

This tool is exceptionally well made.
- Very intuitive, delightful UI
- No hiccups or glitches I could find thus far
- Self-explanatory functions
- Effectively sends emails and/or txt messages to encourage feedback/reviews
- Has an auto-reminder feature for emails that will send 2 additional requests for feedback/reviews

It has a good look and feel but I could not find how to connect it to Google Maps. I sent them a support email and they were able to connect it for me. It took about 20 hours but they connected it saying that it is a known issue for businesses that don't have a physical address.
When I look at their own Facebook, they have not had any posts in five years.
I tried to connect it to Zapier as that is one of the features and Zapier indicates that FeedbackLink is not set up on Zapier.
I want to use this product but it feels like it is not fully functional so I am not sure I can really use it.

This tool was easy to set up and it very powerful in getting more people to leave reviews. An invaluable tool for a very low cost. It's amazing how it syncs with Google Reviews and other sites without charging a monthly fee.

I was looking for a great way to display my clients reviews and Feedback Link exceeded my expectations, not only filters and showcase your reviews BUT also is a whole platform for getting more positive reviews and feedback! As a suggestion, showcase our reviews is the most important part of everything, hope you keep improving the visuals and ways to show it on our websites.

I have requested a refund for the app. I have to say that at first I liked how the dashboard and widgets that you could create were organized, but on my site hosted on Hostinger does not work (really strange since it is a very important and well-known host). The link that opens to be shared with customers directly is a test link and not the official one, but this is not indicated in the dashboard and you have to modify it. It is taken for granted that attention should be paid to this aspect but it should be indicated. In addition, the customer service is really slow to respond and does not help you solve the communication problem with the app. On the official website there are no guides that can help you solve any operating problems. Many expectations at the beginning but a great disappointment. This app is the only one that has not worked so far on my site of all those I have tried, its scripts are not 100% compatible.
