If you are looking for an easy way to create basic forms to get the job done, this is your solution. I do a lot of online coaching and training, often with companion workbooks for live events. This has made it so easy for me to embed forms into the workbooks where the attendees can easily enter responses. It is low lift for the user and me as the creator.
