Q: Seamless handoff to a real person
I see how users can fill out a form to contact a real person if they aren't getting the answers they need from AI. Are you planning to make the human handoff more seamless and integrated, so the handoff is handled within the same chat session? ("please hold...") And is there currently a way for an agent to jump into the chat and start providing human support?
Also, are you planning to make a Zapier integration so we can use chat info to create tickets within other applications other than Zendesk and HelpScout?

As a matter of fact we already support seamless handoff thru JivoChat platform as they specialize in multi-channel communication.
We do plan to add similar features over time, and seamless handoff (in the same chat) is one of them.
