The book was pre-AI so I ended up using years getting the book finished. This struggle was actually one of the reasons why we started First Book ai.
For a complete professional publishing setup, I'd recommend creating your full book, reviewing it and do minor changes, have an external proofreader optimize it, set up graphics yourself or from an external partner and then publish - either via a publishing house or yourself.
