Q: Isn't new credit system very harsh for LTD users?

Hi David,

I purchased the Tier 3 FlexClip deal on AppSumo, expecting robust features like AI text to video, TTS for 3,600,000 characters, and more. However, with the new update, we only receive 9,600 credits in total, which is far less than advertised.

Could you explain why using TTS alone now costs over 11,200 credits compared to the previous offering, making it difficult to utilize other tools without exceeding limits? This situation is frustrating as it disrupts my workflow and limits my content creation capabilities.

As a loyal lifetime deal customer, how can we ensure better value and clearer communication moving forward? Can you reconsider the credit allocation for existing customers so we can access the features we paid for without constraints? 🙏

What is the proper resolution to this issue?

Hav you came to any conculsion? Current credits are too less as compared to what we bought. I will have to refund if you dont come up with a reasonable solution.

I have the same question.. the Tier 3 purchase seems very limited compared to what was purchased a few months ago. Will you do anything for these plans to make them more usable?
