Q: Lifetime access or Lifetime subscription

I wonder if we can access all the features we purchase as lifetime access or only the content created in the year of purchase? In other words, can we use all the features of the program for lifetime ?

so with plan 2 you get 2400 times per year for items what does that mean if a video is 5 minutes or 5 seconds does that mean each video is counted as 1 so I would then have 2398 uses left and to confirm this is a per year?
