Thanks for your questions, I'll be happy to help.

1. We take the stress away and host them for you. You just need to upload them as part of the flip book creation process.
2. You'd need to ensure you paste the embed code into the "text" view in the standard Wordpress editor (not the visual view). Alternatively if you're using a theme (including Wordpress Gutenberg) they will usually have a "code" block/module where you can paste the embed code. The book will automatically be responsive and take up the width of the space it is placed in.
