Thanks for your question. We set an initial "soft cap" at 999 books (as detailed on our website) to ensure the provision of a quality service to all our customers. This reduces the chance of abuse and that the behaviour of some does not disadvantage the majority of our customers.

If you do get near the soft cap and need more books please contact us and we will be able to increase that for you, immediately, with no questions and no extra cost, that is is no problem at all.
