Not working
Tried it yesterday after buying it weeks ago. I had a PDF of a slide presentation I'd prepared previously to upload, and after it finished, it just showed a smudgey distorted graphic. You couldn't read any of the slides or make out any images. After sending in a support ticket about the issue, I only got an email today asking for a review, so here ya go. Also, I deleted and re uploaded it about 5-6 more times, and it did the same thing. Even after using a different PDF file it did it.

Yes, you reached out on support chat, and I replied you then and there, but could not got reply back from you. I want to have the link to I can inspect what went off.
I see, it can happen, but best way is, to at least share the fliplink URL and the pdf you are using with support chat.
As you have uploaded it again and again. It can be some issue with the PDF itself, the way it was made or we also might also got an edge case.
