Problems with leveling up your account to level 3

Why, after buying 3 codes and receiving the level corresponding to 1 code,
you can't activate the level for 3 codes.

The update should be carried out by support, after receiving the codes by e-mail, but contacting technical support is ineffective.

To activate the redemption procedure for additional codes you must write an email to info@fluxtore.com as reported in the landing page where you presumably redeemed the first code received from AppSumo. Once you have redeemed the code, to view the additional licenses you must carefully read this DOC: https://fluxtore.com/docs/how-to-view-redeemed-licenses/

as reported in the upgrade email and in our documentation.

As reported in the guides in your dashboard on our website, you will only see the first redeemed code.
