How do we get support on the product?
We have activated one of our purchased accounts. We had some issues setting up and was able to ask a few questions on the support "chatbot" with eventually a physical person (Rodrigo), then it got disabled/ended and no way to start a new conversation and no way to contact support.

How do we get/contact Followr support when our questions are not answer via their provided media (chat, knowledge base, etc)?
