Why must I come here (AS) to ask for technical assistance? Your website's inline chat widget is disabled. I am having problems logging into my dashboard. Can I please have an email/booking link to schedule an appointment?

Apr 25, 2025A: We removed the chat widget because whitelabel users requested that due to Followr’s branding guidelines, but of course — as the account owner, you’ll always get direct support from us so you can assist your users properly.

The chat widget was removed at the request of white label users? But it still exists on my dashboard? I can select to access your knowledge base, or I can choose to chat; however, the chat option is what is disabled. If there was a request to remove the chat widget, then why not remove it altogether? This form of "gatekeeping" is a bit concerning. Do you have a booking link?
If it's still visible in your dashboard, it might be because you're not on Tier 10 or haven't enabled the white-label feature.
