Refunding - Not for me!
did not meet the expectations to add the multiple pages you have to add a new company and then on tier 3 you have limitation of 5 companies so you can max have 5 fb pages etc. this is not worth it for me. apart from me all other above mentioned features are basically missing.

May 13, 2025I'm sorry to hear that Followr didn’t meet your expectations.
You're right that currently each company allows the connection of only one Facebook page, and on Tier 3 you can create up to 5 companies. I understand how that can be limiting depending on your use case.
That said, I’d love if you gave it another chance. We’ve been adding new features constantly since launching last year, and we’re...

Perfect App at the Perfect Time!
Okay, so it's not perfect - yet. But, what is perfect is the response time and efforts of the founder and his team to ensure things are up and running and that as a buyer, you are truly happy.
It did come at the perfect time for my business, as I am expanding what I offer to my clients and wanted to try out a white-label option. While there have been some hiccups, they were quickly handled and resolved. I especially love how much you can customize, how fluid and easy the app is to use, and how seamlessly it integrated with my website. At tier 10, you can white label it, but if that's not important, I would still recommend tier 9 so that you can open up more advanced AI. I'm still testing it out, but so far, it's exceeding expectations!

Amazing service, great product, awesome founder!
Followr is one of those rare gems you’re genuinely excited to recommend. The product is solid — clean UI, useful features, and very reliable performance. From day one, you can tell this team knows what they’re doing.
The founder deserves a special mention: always available, incredibly responsive, and super friendly. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly.
The platform is evolving fast, with regular updates and a clear focus on user feedback.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to scale your social media presence, Followr is a fantastic choice.
Highly recommended!

My Honest Review After a Year with Followr
I bought Followr over a year ago, and here's the TL;DR: Don’t buy this tool unless you're okay with wasting your time and missing scheduled posts.
The core feature — scheduling posts — simply doesn’t work reliably. Around 80% of my scheduled posts fail to publish. When they do fail, the error messages are either completely vague or make no sense. Even trying to manually repost the missed content often doesn't work.
Instead of fixing these basic but critical bugs, the team keeps adding flashy new features (like "Autopilot") that also don't function properly. It’s like putting leather seats in a car that won’t start — it looks good on paper, but it doesn’t get you anywhere.
The software has potential, but potential doesn’t equal performance. I’ve had to check manually every day to see if my scheduled posts actually went out — which defeats the entire purpose of using a scheduler.
Support? Slow to respond, and even when they do, they just ask for screenshots — no actual troubleshooting. For the last few weeks, I’ve been providing them with screenshots and screen recordings clearly showing the issues. Yet nothing has improved. For the past two weeks, not a single scheduled post has been published.
Coming from a software background myself, I can say that many of the UI/UX choices are not only counterintuitive, but also poorly designed from a software architecture and usability standpoint. Basic principles of good design are ignored, which makes the tool frustrating to use even when it does work.
I tried giving detailed, constructive feedback with simple and effective suggestions — but none of it has been implemented.
At this point, continuing to use Followr is wasting more of my time — so I’m switching to another tool that can at least do the basics right.
P.S. I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but I’m sharing this so others don’t waste their time and money like I did. I even warned the team last week that I would write a review if things didn’t improve. They didn’t.
PS2: I'm happy to adjust/rewrite the review as soon as these essential issues have been fixed

May 7, 2025I appreciate your honesty, even if the review feels a bit harsh. We’ve been working hard every day to support users not just through our support inbox, but also through direct calls and live sessions where I personally walk people through issues and gather feedback.
The reality is that we rely on third-party APIs from social platforms like Meta, and unfortunately, those sometimes fail or behave...
