"Limited customization, logo, thumbnails, images & colors" refers to the customization options that are available for the academy that you create with Forento. The academy is the core of your Forento platform, where your clients would go to sign up, purchase courses (or other products), and access them.

In addition to the Academy, creators on the Start plans (Tier 2, 4 or 6) also get access to the Forento website builder, through which you can create a full website, or landing pages for your different offers. The website builder works off drag and drop, and offers more creative freedom than the pre-designed academy.
