Hi, I'm evaluating tools to run personalized diagnostic forms, where the user:

Fills in basic registration data (name, email, phone number, company, segment)

Answers a sequence of multiple-choice questions

I have two key questions:

Does your platform store partial responses if the user abandons the form before completion?

Is it possible to send all collected responses (including partial ones) to platforms like Make.com or n8n for further processing via webhook or API?

I’m planning to handle logic, AI processing, and CRM workflows externally — you would focus only on form display, logic, and response capture.

Is it possible to have form submissions go to different emails for different forms.

For example, form 1 submissions go to Glenda's email at glenda@??????????.com, form 2 submissions go to Fred's email at fred@XXXXXXXXXX.com, form 3 submissions go to Paul's email at paul@##########.com, and so on.

I don't need more than one send-to email per form. I just need to be able to customize the email for who gets the submissions from a single form.

Hi I am looking to purchase the form builder, I build websites and I have a customer that needs to have a form where his customers can select a preset day and a time where he is available and pay for it in advance to have a session with him and only if they pay for the appointment it can be successfully booked. Is there a booking appointment setting prebuild or is there a way to build the logic? with JS or other tools prebuild settings or tools?

Any way to add AUTHORIZE.NET? We would gladly pay to add this feature if that is something you are willing to add. We currently use JotForm for a solution where clients fill out a form and also pay at the end, but looking to leave their platform for an AppSumo equivalent!

Hi, I'm an Estate Planner in the UK and I want to make an interactive form to take our clients Will and Power of Attorney instructions. This will be for two people and they will have to name beneficiaries and various people with various roles, such as Executors etc.

They may name various different beneficiaries, executors etc.

Can I also have drop downs for male/female, married/co-habiting etc.

I will also need to embed a calendar so the clients can choose their dates of birth and that of their children plus executors etc.

I have designed an MS Word version for clients but I would also like to digitise this.
