As a previous tier 2 user, you should indeed have 10 branded apps in V2. I've made note of this and we will confirm that users migrated from V1 recieve the appropriate number of branded apps.
Q: Exploring possible use case involving file uploads
I was hoping to create a relational database in support of the board gaming industry that will allow one to submit/view a board game title with key information. Key fields associated with the game would be publisher, game title, year published, genre, ratings, comments, file uploads, and other fields.
My $64 question. I didn't see how file uploads (PDF, images, videos) are managed with Frontly, and how document storage would work, including storage capacity. Is this something you can comment on?
When the viewer looks at a board game entry, they should be able to view & download documents that will be categorized as well as having an image library associated with that game. But again, these are all file uploads, and I'm not sure how that would work.
Q: Request for Detailed Answers Regarding Functionality
Dear Frontly Team,
I have already sent you a detailed list of questions via your contact form but have not yet received a response. Since the AppSumo question box is far too small and there is no direct support email, I kindly ask you to reply in full to my contact-form message and to provide me with your support email address, if you have one.
Thank you very much, and best regards Gabriel Hoffmann
With the influx of thousands of new users, we're also seeing an influx of support requests and are trying our best to get back to everyone in a timely manner! We really appreciate everyone's patience as we work through all of the new requests.
Q: Branded apps
I purchased a previous Tier 5, but now with Frontly v2, it’s showing that I have zero branded apps. Can you please advise me on this? Thanks

Q: Level 3 v1 to v2
Hi Frontly team, upgrading from level 3 v1 to v2 should get you the following:
API access
Unlimited applications and users
50 custom branded applications
10.000 Frontly Database Row Storage
Monthly operations 100.000, on my board there are only 10.000
Monthly AI credits 5.000, in my dashboard there are only 3.000
Am I misunderstanding something or should I report in some specific way to have my case reviewed.

Q: Frontly 2.0 Migration
I noticed that as a migrating user from Old Tier 2, I had access to 10 branded apps, but now in Frontly 2.0, it's reduced to only 5 branded apps.
I love the increase in other features, and it seems unfair to lose out on the number of branded apps we originally paid for.
Can the Frontly team consider allowing us to retain the 10 branded apps we had in our Old Tier 2 plan?
Thanks!
