Great app but missing a mobile app and offline mode so that if I take the train or bus where I don't have internet I can still learn a subject. Or have a feature where we can export as a pdf/word as I can read that offline.

Issue with Subscription Status and Customer Service
I purchased two codes for this deal at the same time, expecting my account to upgrade to a Premium subscription. However, when I activated the codes, my account still shows as a Professional account instead of Premium, and there’s no option to input the second code to upgrade. I emailed customer service at hello@gajix.com three times, but I have not received any response.
I really like the product, and it shows a lot of potential, but the lack of customer service is disappointing. Time is crucial when you’re doing research, and while I can tell the product is good, the customer service leaves much to be desired. It’s a pity because the product is promising, but it’s hard to appreciate when the support isn’t there.
