Major disappointment - I find the questions to be very basic and easy to get. I feel you can get these answers without much knowledge on the subject. I would have liked much more detailed questions to really test the person. for that reason im not sure and i feel i might have to make my own up :(

Major Disappointment 2 - Proctored exam - I cheated on purpose by taking my phone out and using it in front of the camera but nothing happened. I think the only thing it does is keep the screen in front of you on.

Also note my time was about 10 minutes for the exam and it said i did it in 5 minutes so it was not fully accurate

In the end it can be improved and if the questions were better detailed and understood especially related towards digital marketing field i would be more inclined on giving a 4 star.

I will keep it for the meantime but open to trying something else and unsure yet if its good to return my money. I will need in the end to create my own questions :( I just hope if i invest in creating my own tests that it wont be deleted in the future or loss

Lastly - Its not white labelled as it was described. When you send out the invitations there is no way to remove Gappeo Mark

We were using this tool, until we found a serious security breach. We reported this to the support team a week ago, and have not heard back from them ever since.

Honestly, if this kind of threat to the whole tool is not being taken seriously, I don´t want to use that tool anymore.

For the record, this is the message that went out to Gappeo.

"I hope this message finds you well. We have recently discovered a critical security breach in the ATS platform provided by your team that requires immediate attention.
The issue involves candidates who complete an assessment and exit the platform being able to re-enter and access all assessments taken by other candidates. This not only poses a significant threat to the confidentiality of our assessment process but also compromises the integrity of the platform and the fairness of candidate evaluations.

We kindly request your urgent investigation into this matter and a swift resolution to prevent further unauthorized access. Please let us know the steps you will take to address this and any interim measures we can implement to mitigate the risk while the issue is being resolved."

I recently purchased the Tier 3 plan, which has generally met our needs. However, when we exhausted our 30 monthly credits, I purchased additional credits that failed to appear immediately in my account.
After contacting support, they confirmed receipt of payment but informed me they were unable to add the credits to my account. This delay is significantly impacting our operations, as our test takers are receiving "insufficient credit" messages when attempting to take their tests.

I am not a hiring manager but saw that I could use it for my clients. I'm glad I purchased this as I had been looking for a way to provide more in-depth coaching to my clients using assessments. The database of assessments is mindblowing. My client loved taking it and even opted for the proctoring as I told him no need. He said "Assessment was super interesting and interactive ma'am" which was great. I am looking forward to using this more. And, thanks for the personal demo so I can understand the product more. You all rock!
