Yes, we are planning to offer translation for the Status Pages (including french).
We are currently working on it with our Translation Team.
And most of the texts can also be changed manually to be in French already.

However currently the translated Status Pages are not yet available as a feature (except most texts being editable), but the Garmingo Status Dashboard is partially translated already, you can enable Translations in your Accounts Settings -> Experimental.
