Q: Unable to Login
I've redeemed my code and downloaded the app for Apple Silicon. I put in the same information I use to login to the site and nothing happens. The reset password function also does not work. I have a strange email address that ends in .llc - would that matter? I can't get in to begin testing...

Apr 12, 2025A: If you are using a mac, first help me check what version of Chip you are using, Intel or M1 and install the corresponding Genlogin version. Regarding the gmail extension, we have blocked some strange extensions to limit spam account registration, if you have already registered, you will use it to log in normally, if you have not registered an account, you can change to another email with the extension @gmail.com to help me
octopusincPLUSThe M1 chips are Apple Silicon. Intel Silicon would be an Intel chip. I am running the app on an M1 Pro. I'm not using Gmail. I have a branded email using my business domain that ends in .LLC
When I first open the app the same error message appears twice at the top:
