Q: I purchased the highest tier, but neither the CSV import nor the Sales Nav search import is working.

I've tried uploading multiple CSVs and Sales Nav searches and only get error messages, "No query results for model [App\Models\PipelineStage]."

We found the problem with the team and will fix it today. The problem was that the team was created with an error, without pipeline stages. It might have happened because it was created when some updates were rolling out to the system. Will double check the possible reason to prevent it for the future teams/ users.
