Q: Numbers of leads

I am currently testing your tool and can already see its great potential to transform sales processes. The app is highly effective in streamlining lead management and automation, particularly through LinkedIn and email, making it an incredibly valuable asset for users looking to scale their efforts efficiently.

However, I wanted to share some thoughts regarding the limitations of the Lifetime Deal. The dual restrictions on both lead uploads and automation seem overly constraining. Wouldn’t the automation limits alone be sufficient to ensure fair usage without also capping the number of leads? Considering how critical lead management is to the tool’s core functionality, revisiting these restrictions could enhance the appeal of the Lifetime Deal.

A: Hello, and thank you for your kind words ❤️

I completely understand your concern, and I’d like to share more details about our roadmap. Next year, we plan to release an Account-Based CRM as an add-on to the automation plan. This feature will include unlimited contacts and accounts as part of a separate plan. Once it’s live, we aim to launch another AppSumo deal to give our amazing Sumo-lings the opportunity to grab it as a lifetime offer.

In the meantime, to provide as much value as possible, we won’t enforce contact limits on the product just yet. However, these limits remain in the deal description to ensure transparency and fairness, so everyone is informed that they may take effect at some point in the future.

Thank you again for your feedback and support - stay tuned for more updates!

Thank you for the response! The account-based CRM add-on sounds very interesting. Could you provide more details about it? Will it be fully integrated into the current tool or work as a standalone feature? Additionally, how will it differ from the existing CRM in the tool?

Thanks for additional questions! The account-based CRM add-on will enhance the current CRM with powerful account-based features, such as account mapping, finding contacts within accounts, account-level activities, deal and opportunity tracking, and account-level engagement insights. These features will help you identify where to add contacts and when to re-engage with them effectively.

It will be fully integrated into the existing tool, appearing as a separate tab within the CRM. This add-on will extend the flexibility of the current Contacts functionality and introduce a new way of thinking about outreach, designed for those who need advanced account-based capabilities.

We’re excited to bring this feature to those looking for a deeper, more strategic approach to sales!

The Account-Based CRM add-on sounds promising, especially with features like account mapping and deal tracking. It’s great to see such valuable updates planned.

However, the limitation on the number of leads remains a concern. Its mention in the deal description creates uncertainty, and as someone with a large LinkedIn network, I’d need the highest tier, which makes the deal less appealing.

My question is: I'm currently using Waalaxy and Instantly, but should I consider switching to your app? To make the switch worthwhile, I’d need significantly higher lead limits (Instantly offers over 125k, and Waalaxy has unlimited leads).

Thank you for your feedback! While the lead limits are listed for transparency (and will take effect in the future), we’re not enforcing them until the CRM Lifetime Deal is active. Our focus is on delivering flexibility and powerful features like the upcoming Account-Based CRM. As we know, Instantly and Waalaxy have their downsides and don’t allow you to keep all your outreach in one place.
