Hey Peter! Amazing software, just get TIER 4 and watched all the onboarding videos, but still have some questions.
I send a e-mail t he support, about a onboarding call. But don't get a reply yet.

Sure, the API question is better to troubleshoot though the intercom The process is as follows:
1. We need to generate you a key: pls share with support your user name/ password & team number.
2. Once it's generated we will share it + the api docs, so you can set it up & running.
3. If you face any issues, share the details via intercom, we will investigate and help ☀️
