Q: Voice notes + tasks + trigger + number of leads + Limit invitation per moth
Almost all the features I find interesting are marked "soon," which can mean months or even years in SaaS. Key features I need include:
Manual tasks like phone calls (date needed).
Triggers for visited pages or opened emails (date needed).
Automated audio notes within workflows (date needed). Best strategy 2025 so far
Automations for profiles that visit mine—critical for engagement (date needed).
I currently send 800 invitations via Waalaxy without issues. Can this volume be maintained? As a Social Selling Expert on LinkedIn—not a spammer—I know these details make a difference.
Effective campaigns need at least 1000 prospects, with more leads ready. Forcing list deletions reduces my data scope and limits opportunities. Cutting features is preferable to cutting volume. I’ve purchased Tier 2 but remain unsure.

Nov 22, 2024A: Hello there! Thanks for your input and questions ❤️
1. Manual tasks - you have manual tasks option. You can set it up right inside the automation to bring manual touch point at any point or later on to make calls. Besides, you have a crm to manage all leads & mananage manual follow-up tasks. In addition you can use webhooks or API to connect to a caller.
2. Opened email - we don't recommend tracking open rates (smarlead, intstantly and other as well). But you can use it, using filtration and activities filters.
As for the triggers we are working on workflows redesign and additional triggers and features for social selling, so you can expect them in Q1
3. Audio notes is still in consideration, we actually don't see it changes the landscape. You'll not pitch using voice notes, it works worse than text, you can only send the initial message to stand out, but the relevance of it is not higher than a text message with liquid variable or personalised touch points. I would really love to hear how you use it and what value see.
Besides voice notes can be sent only though the mobile session, meaning you'd have 2 active session mobile & web, which is less secure. On getsales we brought the single session protection to eliminate any risks of being flagged.
4. We would add it as an additional activity as a part of 2 clause with updated autoamtions. But you can actually do it now using sales nave. Setting up a recurring import with move to list, for leads that visited you and then automatically connecting with them or sending messages, or even checking you you messaged them before (or received messages) and based on that doing different automations.
5. I send 800 as well. Many people send even more and many companies switch from Waalaxy, so I think you'll easily maintain more. And actually the crm we have it will help you to work with your leads/ followers even better, because of complete sync of previous communications with all of them and filtration.
You can upload more leads now to see how cool it is, and later switch to tier 3. How many connections/followers do you have? Ideally it would be to fit all the network into getsales crm for best results.
