I’ve got to say, this tool is hands down the best I’ve ever used. It only took me an hour to decide to upgrade from Tier 2 to Tier 4. After watching their video, I was sold. The automation shown in the video was complex—and I love tackling complex things LOL. Think of anything, and Getsales can make it happen. That’s why I made the decision to upgrade.

This tool is perfect for LinkedIn outreach and email marketing. Sure, there are a few things missing, but I noticed those features are marked as "coming soon," which is promising. Now, while I’m really impressed, there are a few things I’m not entirely happy about.

First, customer support is slow. I get it—they’re dealing with hundreds of customers. But if that’s the case, they should hire more support agents. When I reach out, I want to resolve my issue in one go, not keep coming back to check for updates.

Second, I haven’t fully tested the tool yet, so I can’t confirm its accuracy across the board. That said, there’s room for improvement.

Lastly, the tool doesn’t automatically import your LinkedIn connections like other tools do, such as Closely or Aimfox. With this one, you have to manually import your connections and messages. If someone sends you a new message, you won’t know until you go to their profile, check for new messages, and then add that contact into the GetSales CRM. From there, you’ll start getting future messages. It’s a hassle, but they assured me they’re working on a one-click import feature, which sounds great.

Despite these drawbacks, the tool still deserves a five-star rating from me.
